Brotherton and Berg Residence,
San Carlos, CA
A 1940s ranch converted into a contemporary craftsman home, the owners of this home simply needed more space. The first floor made room for a new covered entry porch with a two-car garage and we redesigned their great room for better entertaining of their guests. Design Studio also added a second story complete with a master suite, bedroom, and laundry room. The landscape and hardscape were also redesigned to compliment the craftsman architecture of this eco-friendly home.
